Makerspace, quite simply, is a place where people get together to learn, plan, and make things. Baltimore County schools now are developing makerspaces to encourage students to work together utilizing STEAM (science, technology, engineering, art and math) to solve problems and create something new. Hear from the experts what a successful Makerspace program can do for local schools, colleges and the business community.
