About Bilingual Global Citizens Public Charter School
Bilingual Global Citizens Public Charter School (BGC PCS) is a free, public K–8 dual-language immersion school opening in Baltimore County. Our mission is to empower children to become bilingual critical thinkers, compassionate leaders, and engaged global citizens who are prepared to shape their future with confidence.
At BGC PCS, students learn through full immersion in French and Chinese, two of the world’s most influential languages. Through our innovative curriculum, children build high-level language proficiency, strong academic foundations, and the cultural awareness needed to succeed in a globally connected world.
Our school is committed not only to academic excellence but also to equity, inclusion, and community partnership. We proudly serve a diverse population and prioritize meaningful relationships with families.
